JCGD Vintage is an Instagram based company. We sell via Instagram DM and send the package to the rightfull destination. This can be worldwide. However, shippingcosts are for the buyer to pay. If you are visiting Belgium or you live close by, it is offcourse possible to pick up purchased items in Wommelgem, Belgium. We love interacting with our buyers and many have come to pick up their treasures in person. Also, keep an eye out for national and international pop-ups!

We mainly work with Bpost. If they do not ship to a certain country in which the buyer is located, we research the best option for that case in particular. We work with this company because they offer tracking (e-mailed directly to the buyer so they can follow up) and we can insure the value of the item (therefore when it gets damaged, the carrier covers this). From the moment we see the money in our account, the package will be send your way. So the sooner you pay your purchase, the sooner you will get your package. Shipping periods vary, holidays and delays happen as this is not in our power. More info can be found on our 'Shipping and Returns' page.

We opt that you pay via banktransfer as this is safe and we get the money immediatly or after 2-3 working days. We do understand that some buyers insist on using Paypal as this is a claimed safe payment method. However there is an extra fee will be taken into account. Also we caution that we have had multiple payments being held for over a month by Paypal. Following this inconvenience, your package will be put on hold by us while Paypal verifies both parties. Any other local paying apps, like 'Tikkie' and 'iDeal', mainly asked for by our Dutch customers, are not apps we work with as they do not work in Belgium.

Items come online every few days. We work via a first come, first served basis on our Instagram page. We are aware that some items sell out within seconds. We are constantly buying in new items to give everybody the opportunity to get their hands on their favorites. Not sure if an item is sold? Dm us!

Yes. We only sell authentic pieces as we honor great minds with amazing designs. We have been around luxury items for a while and know what to look for in order to identify a real and a fake one from each other. We are specialized in certain brands and certain models, which you can see on our account. We only buy in items off which we are 100% sure they are real. You can always ask us for more information on the authenticity in and outs of the items. Some items still carry a card or a receipt, but saddly not all owners keep these things. We do have contacts with the main designer houses whom have locations in Belgium to assist us with the authentication of certain items.

Unfortunatly we do not offer a lay off payment. If you decide to buy an item with us, you have 3 days to pay. With this we mean that you get 3 days to send us a confirmation, not 3 days to decide wether or not you would like the item.

Items that are sold carry the word 'SOLD' under their Instagramposts. All other items are available and can be found in our Instagram highlights. Please DM us on Instagram to buy. Not sure if something is available? Don't worry, just DM us and we will help you there.

Our prices vary a lot. This depends on the popularity and demand of the item. Prices can always be asked via DM's on our Instagrampage, even if an item is already sold. Do keep in mind that we offer quality and that these items are made to keep for a longer time. They are little investments that keep their value and timeless beauty if taken good care.
